This is the season right here. They lost badly last night and if they can over come that and come out and win tonight against the kings, it'll be a huge step in the right direction. If they come out flat, they need to look at the big picture and ask the tough questions.
I don't think they'll be shut out though. Someone HAS to score tonight!

i'd love to see backlund/baertchi in.

last night was an unfortunate loss i thought the team played well but I think LA is too big and skilled I can't see Calgary coming out of this with a win.

We'll probably get word out of LA if we're going to see Baertschi and/or Backlund in the lineup. Hopefully Kipper gets the start, I'm a MacDonald fan but Kipper usually plays well against LA, and we have to take advantage of their poor offense with a backstop of a goaltender. I'd think Baertschi is in the lineup tonight, offensive talent is something we'll need against their Defense.
