I never realized how important talking was until I tried to watch both my video and slacker's. Very hard to follow for some reason - maybe it is the ADD in me.

I was expecting my video to be boring without talking. I don't really talk much while I play and it is something that I need to work on if we keep doing games like this.
I think I need to play with the video settings. I had 30 fps and half size. I may need to improve the quality the video with Windows Movie Maker. I used the lowest settings possible.
Yeah, it's surprisingly hard to make think things through logically when you're babbling on and on. I assume that comes with practice. I'm starting my other episodes uploading now, but it's going to take a while.
I'll get mine up eventually, I didn't realize you had to go through a process to be allowed to upload longer than 15 minutes when I started it uploading this morning.
It is actually pretty straight forward now. All you need to do is apply to have it extended and then send you a text message on a number you give them. Enter the code and the restriction is removed.

One thing that is annoying though is you need to set up application passwords for your iphones/ipads and mobile devices after setting up this additional security. Kind of Annoying, but hey it's what we have to do!
I have my second episode ready to go. I think I'll go live with it tomorrow at 2 pm MST to give Hanni a chance to get his episode one up. Youtube has this neat feature now where you can choose to "go live" with a video at a specific time and date, so here's my plan:
Episode 2: Tuesday, March 1 - 2 pm
Episode 3 (if necessary): Wednesday, March 2 - 2 pm
Episode 4 (if necessary): Thursday, March 3 - 2 pm
etc.
Edit: Accidentally made my 2nd episode public, which means I can't go back and do the scheduled release thing. I'm going to post my 2nd episode in the first post but keep the schedule for the rest.
LOL at Slacker. Dude just runs around aimlessly collecting snowballs and pumpkins, then catches a guy with his pants down. If Slacker has a plan it must be very nefarious...
Nice work Aegypticus. When I get a chance to join I'll probably be mumbling and babbling my way through before Slacker stumbles on me and pushes me off a cliff.

All updated with what I've seen I think. I put QCI's first video in the second episode section since it starts around where we ended our first episodes.
Next time I think we should do 15 minute marks, if we can figure out how to do that in the server. That way we can edit things into unified 15 or 30 minute chunks, and I plan to stop and restart recording every 15 minutes to minimize any potential losses due to computer problems.
