Question Best Rigid Power Tool Service Shop in Calgary - Answered!

Hi guys,

This appears to be the right crowd here (intelligent, hands-on Calgarians!) so I thought I'd ask.

I have a year-old Rigid cordless drill and battery back that have both died (confirmed via trying a neighbours pack that's known-good). Apparently I can take it to any of Rigid's authorized service centers in town here to have it repaired / replaced.

Can anyone tell me if I should be going to any one of the following in particular or does it really not matter, as I suspect?

Per Rigid's website, I can go to:
  • DEMAND ELECTRIC
    4032302709
  • POWER TOOL KLINIC
    4032764633
  • COMPLETE POWER TOOL SVCS
    4037200445

If you ever decide to use it for an adult film, I'll be there on opening night. If you don't recognize me, it's because I'll be in the following disguise:

I'd stay away from power tool klinic. First, I can't stand it when businesses can't use proper spelling. Secondly, the one time I went there to get a new pad for my orbital sander they wouldn't just give me a new pad even though it was under warranty. Had to leave it with them to service it. Would cost me more in gas to go back and pick it up so I ended up paying them for a new pad anyway. I won't be back.

I can vouch for Complete Power Tool. We used to send all of our warranty work there.

Thank you for the serious (and funny) responses. I'll heed the advice and check out Complete Power Tool.
