hmm... I'm curious how big the android/mac community actually is, I would imagine if you bought a mac desktop, the iphone would be your logical next step. (actually I'll go out on a limb and say many people bought an iphone first, then the mac desktop)

Actually, I wound up using my Mac with my Galaxy S2 much more than my PC. Android OS and Mac OS have more things in common than Android and Windows (both are *nix OSes for starters).
I get the MobileMe (now iCloud) thing brings more benefits to Mac + iOS users. I'm just talking about the two OSes.

Umm ok.... this release seems at least 8-10 years late. Hell I've stopped using iTunes as I've switched to Rdio instead of buying/downloading music, so why jump back to Winamp?
Honestly, I used to really like winamp, it was ahead of the curve when it came to MP3/digital playback, but come on. What's next, is Blockbuster going to announce a series of new locations?

I still use Winamp as my player of choice because you have about 12 years worth of amazing skins to work with.
I care much more about how my music player looks than it's actual features. All it has to do is have a playlist and play songs. That part isn't complicated. Most other players are quite restrictive in how well you can customize them. Winamp, you can pretty much make it look like any damn thing you want.
This is my current skin:

You wanna talk Winamp skins? Check out this bad boy!
Made this 7 years ago when I was still rocking Winamp with my iPod on Win98, BOOM!

I remember I had a WinAMP skin that made it look like an AIWA mini-system I had in my room. The level of customisation afforded was unreal and that's what I always loved about WinAMP.
These days, I use Windows Media Center and a Harmony Remote.

I never really liked how much work Winamp takes just to make a simple playlist, let alone manage multiple ones.
But, I did enjoy how you could tweak the audio inputs and outputs to your hearts desire.
iTunes satisfies my needs, despite it's shortcomings. Trying to use Winamp on my system just seems like a lot of extra work to me.

^^^ What features would you like to see iTunes add? Not asking arrogantly, I'm just curious what else people desire out of an application like that.
