PS: Oh yeah, tried the Indy single burger. It really sucked!
Personally I think Angus beef should be sold only as a prime cut, and not to some fast-food chain.

Its more high-end than most other kinds, and should be sold accordingly.

I had the McDick's angus burger the other day and while I can't really comment on the quality of the meat in comparison to the meat on the original burger line-up (it tasted like McDonald's meat) I did enjoy the overall experience of the burger - I think there was real cheddar cheese on there and it was a nice hefty sandwich that tided me over all evening.

Not sure it's worth the $7.99 combo price but it was a'ight.

I bet McDicks just names all of the cows Angus. Then you are getting an Angus burger.

Well if it were real Angus beef....fed like they should be to produce a prime cut, or above average cut at least, you WOULD taste the difference.

Anyone notice that Rotten Ronnie's stopped nuking their burgers? More specifically, that the cheese isn't melted anymore? When did this happen and why? I've choked down two of their meals in the last couple of months and both times the cheese was not melted.

As if I needed another reason to never eat that crap.

This thread is making me hungry, even with the McDonald's talk. To Wendy's!
