There was skate contact from White in the blue paint with Andersen. Andersen pushed off against this and ended up out of position. To me it did look like interference in the spirit of the rule that it happens in the blue paint and there was contact that affected Andersen. Its clear there is skate contact right before he goes out of position.

They connected skates in the crease and Andersen wasn't able to push off. Pretty clear interference IMO even if Andersen was floundering.
