Glad I normally stay away from GT threads. Bad period, Markstrom was awful on both goals, but I will be refilling my beer and cheering for the team to get its head out of its *** for the final 40 mins.

I think they're going to comeback in this one. Markstrom kind of screwed them over, but this Ducks team is bad and we'll start clicking at some point.

I'm sensing a Lindholm or Backlund goal, both are buzzing.

Not much attention to detail in this game. Kadri bringing it out to the blue line to lose it. Mangiapane chipping it back in his own zone and making his D man fight an unnecessary puck battle. Soft soft backing in on both goals, and scorers just not being picked up. Coleman’s selfish penalty. passing just awful.

The goalie has not been sharp at all (aside from the breakaway and one other good save). I actually was ready to complement the initial save on the 2nd goal, it was a tough one. But the rebound was pretty bad - they do happen but the timing was horrible.

It’s pretty damn obvious that Markstrom does not want to go to the playoffs. He has single handedly sabotaged this team from day 1 to ensure they don’t make it lol.

I wonder why the flames don’t see a group like this and think to pad their stats. Like this opponent hemorrhages opportunities and it’s a weak goaltender. But we know how the flames act when a new goaltender comes through.

I watched the jays game today and the cardinals were just taking advantage as often as they could. Where is our desire to feast on poor opponent play?

How many games in a row had Vladar collected at least a point when Sutter switched back to Markstrom? 10? 11? Vladar statistically wasn't blowing Markstrom out of the water, but he wasn't putting his team consistently in a hole after 20 minutes like Markstrom has this year.
