It takes consistency over the year to make it no matter who you are playing...we can say the Yotes are trying to lose but their last 3 games are Colorado, Minny, Calgary, and they have 5 of 6 points

Even the goals for tonight, bounce, weak seeing eye wrister, bounce.
The whole game and the only decent offensive play they put together happened with 5 seconds left. Andersson had a good look on a turnover turned 2 on 1 but missed and outside of that it was a pretty casual night for Ingram.

Best case scenario if (when, really) Tre walks away, is we hire Lombardi away from Philly. I doubt he comes here though.

Ironic that on a night most Flames fans are roasting the coach for not being patient enough with young players, the GWG scored because of a horrible decision in OT by our youngest player.

Not comparing obviously
pick any playoff team or bubble team though, they have lost to a bunch of bad teams
You need to win more games, it doesn't matter who its against...point is they aren't missing the playoffs because they only took 5 of 6 points from the Yotes.

Tried to fire him in LA and owners blocked him. They both got the boot a few years later.
Also fired him in San Jose.
Wonder if they even have a relationship anymore.
This is a guy who stopped talking to his brother so we had to hire jay freaking Feaster to come in and be the middle man.

They could be recreating those 5 seconds with regularity if they were as focused on putting difficult shots on net as they were rimming it around the boards and chasing
They demonstrated to themselves right there that they have those kind of dangerous plays in them
They've just coaxed themselves into playing sheep hockey all year

Lombardi-Sutter is not best case scenario at all.
If Treliving is gone then best case scenario is Sutter is gone with him.
Then we hire Eric Tulsky from Carolina to come be our GM.
Personally I'd rather promote Tre to president of hockey operations (the guy is a great mind and seems to be a great person), and hire Tulsky as GM.
