Even though it's 12 stations the size sample is small. These are probably the stations with the smallest turnouts which is why they are able to report early.

Likely...even saying that polling stations are still open but waiting on more ballots.
Probably wont be able to declare a winner for several hours yet.

maybe because she had a large lead going in, based on the latest reliable poll.
Leger polling has way too many Mount Royal University teachers in its management, among other flaws. A mistaken poll that gave false hope, at best. A dishonest one at worst.
