This is so tragic. I feel for you, your wife, and your son.
My wife and I lost a child in mid-term when our first daughter was the same age as your son. While our loss was much earlier than yours, I found talking to my then 2-1/2 year old about the loss to be some of the best therapy in dealing with the loss.
May the three of you find the strength in one other to cope with this terrible loss.

I am SO sorry to hear this.
My wife is currently pregnant at about 28 weeks so this tragedy really hits home for me. I can't even imagine how upset we would be if that happened to us. Especially when you are so close.
I am so sorry for your loss, you and your whole family will be in my prayers. My deepest condolences.
