Sutter has been both the best thing for this franchise and the worst thing for this franchise over the past 20 or so years.
It's run it's course though. It has to end here.
There is no way to condone that decision tonight.

You have your top two scorers on the bench in a must-win game and you opt to gamble on a 4th line player with one shootout attempt in the past 5 seasons.
And then you decide not to let either of those two guys take the next shot?
Idiocy. Pure idiocy. There is no other way to describe it. That will go down in history as one of the most mind-numbingly stupid coaching decisions in Calgary Flames history.
