The Hotstove, now 32 Thoughts, completely didn't bring in anything noteworthy in the short segments they have. Frankly, I don't care what's going on with the union behind the scenes. When there's a big name rumor like Eichel being moved, they should be talking about it. Much of their segment was already known. The segment is short enough, they should've talked about this stuff in the pre-game.

I don't see how Vegas can even compete with Calgary for an offer. That tells me the price is going to be less than what people expect.

I wonder if this is Buffalo trying to squeeze more out of Vegas or if this is the Flames realizing they likely will struggle to do much the next several years with both Eichel and McDavid in the division and upping their offer.
Obviously if the Flames are in this deep they believe Eichel will recover from the ADR so if they believe that then they believe he will be healthy for Vegas. Cap situation seems more difficult for LV so here is hoping the Flames can make it work
