Looked great yesterday against a division leader. Got a win in the against the first AHL team. So, why are you frustrated?

I think with these injury riddled teams, you expect they come out hard - rallying together, trying to prove they can play, etc. As the game wears on, the other team's talent and experience win out and their confidence will wane.

Somebody on here used to have either two guinea pigs or two hamsters. He put pieces of paper down with names of the Flames and the team they were playing...think it was during the playoffs. Then the guinea pigs or hamsters chose a piee of paper for the winner.

That was kind of fun too....although don't recall that their accuracy was all that stellar))

They are just struggling a bit and i don't care because we are winning and as long as they get going before playoffs its' fine.

The thing with Johnny I noticed is people expect him to be a wizard every game and do everything himself,...well he can't do that and no one in this league can do that all the time. Give the kid a break, he controls the play and drives the play like no one else in this league.
This. Johnny's still creating chances but it's hard for him to generate much when his centerman has been floating around for most of the month. I think Monny needs to break out of his funk more than Johnny does.

Wait, an opinion can't be challenged or questioned or even disputed? That's not "policing".

It’s how he gets people to talk to him.

that would make this the fifth in a row. they're still generating a lot, but fewer bouncing in

Nobody is challenging opinions. Users are trying to force united POV's amongst the entire community and get upset when conflicting views arise. It's not that serious. Let people post in peace

Upside is that this is how you win in April. Maybe we need that. But it would be nice to see more from the top guys.

Pretty crazy that we out shot them 15 - 5 and some posters say that they are playing terrible. If all you want to do is be a negative dick why don't you gtfo. (you know who you are). We all know you are just bitter ass oiler fans trying to do a troll job. Its the only explanation.

No one is trying to force anything, except maybe you trying to stop people from criticizing posts. You post here, be ready to have someone disagree.

Six in a row, tied at zero, and people are fighting. This is why we can't have nice things. Come on everybody, grab a hand and I will lead us in a rendition of Kumbaya. I am not the greatest singer but I promise I am better than the anthem singer.

BT just said it best. If you expect players to put up 2 pr 3 points every night your being unrealistic. It just doesn't happen.

The "frustrated" opinion was absolutely challenged. Reasons for *not* being frustrated were given and an offer to explain was extended. This is not a "post in peace" place, it's a forum for discussion.

But maybe that's not your thing, you'd prefer to provoke with a drive-by?

On the 5 on 3 with all the open space Johnny and Lindholm should be on their off wings imo. At least having a one timer threat lets them open up more passing lanes.
