It's an aggressive play to try to cut off that back pass off the way Bergeron did.
The more aggressive he is, the more enticing it is to do it, because if you beat him, you get an opportunity like the one gaudreau almost had the shift prior to the Bergeron goal.
I know it is common through the league, but I don't like it as a play.

Wolf would have been great with Stajan and Colborne. Wolf and Colborne were great down low together.
