Make it a 3 run lead. This series is all but over with Bumgarner only going out once more.

Petit should have started. SF needs to score some runs by now before the 6th.
Pray for heavy rain Giant fans.

Pray for rain now. This is on the verge of getting ugly.

Royals bullpen looks human for the first time all postseason.

Amazing catch by Dyson to keep the Royals in front. Almost an equally great play by Pence to stay on the bag so he could tag up and tie the game.

What's Yost doing. If Aoki isnt sacrifice bunting then you need a better PH.

So they load the bases with one out to get the double play, get the ground ball and then go for the force out? Pence's speed in the first is why the Giants are winning now, the Royals were scared they wouldn't get the DP and now it's cost them dearly.

That's a double play. In the first the ball was hit to 3rd, that's a longer relay.

Oh they definitely should have gone for two, but Pence's speed play in the first to beat out the DP to score the run scared them. They didn't want to allow one run by having him beat out the DP, and in trying to prevent one they allowed three.

What a crazy turn around in this game. Wonder if we see Lincecum now just to get him some action. Massive night from Pence continues, one of the best WS games I've seen in a while from a player.

I could never be a scout. I see a guy like Colby Rasmus. Tall..beautiful swing, speed, great arm. 5 tool star.
Why is he so much worse than Hunter Pence? Pence is having an amazing post season

Because you can't measure heart, grit and determination. Pence would be a shoe-in MVP in most World Series, but Bumgarner is simply sensational. Absolute cash money in the playoffs.

But Pence has been traded twice so teams have given up on him.

Well look at Melky Cabrera and Jose Bautista. They've been on 5 teams each. Baseball is a weird game like that.

Maybe the difference for Pence was leadership in a good clubhouse, from people like Posey and Bochy. Like a family.

Looks like Bumgarner will be finishing what he started now.
