I can't beleive people have Bergeron as an extra forward (if on the team at all). You need players that can shut down OV/Kovalchuk/Malkin/Datsyuk, Sedins/Zetterberg, etc...

It's not an all-star game. And even if it was, Bergeron should be there. Hugely underrated here. Also arguable the best face-off man in existence right now.

I wouldn't doubt that Bergeron is the "extra forward" as in the 13th forward dressed. That doesn't mean that he won't have a big role. Him and Toews will take the vast majority of D Zone faceoffs.

I know it's an internet poll and that there are nutballs always lurking, but it makes me chuckle that Crosby isn't at 100%. Haha

In fact, Crosby, Getzlaf, Perry, Toews, Tavares and (if he wasn't injured) Stamkos, should all be 100%.

Must be Swedish/Russian/USA voters not voting for those six haha.

Couture having hand surgery and missingh 3-4 weeks, wonder if hockey canada wants to risk it and still name him to the roster. He would be healthy 1-2 weeks before the olympics so he'll still have time to get up to speed but with stamkos still injured do they want to risk them both not being 100%?
