Didn’t watch the game, just catching the SN nhl in 30. Even that’s biased. They show five oilers scoring chances, then a Vegas goal. You’d think shots were 5-1 oilers with some opportunistic goals by VGK, but nope currently shots are 20-15 for knights midway through second. Even the game summaries edited to make it look like oilers outplayed knights.

Lol CHED's game recap only included skinner saves and the lone oilers goal.

The media cheerleaders are so fragile they can't even recap a game without skewing it in favor of their princesses to soften the blow on their little clown hearts.

That organization might possibly be the worst I've ever seen at handling losses.

Tim Micalef is a big d-bag. Another sportsnet big mouth fellating anything leafs and oilers. Said in game highlights Hague clearly should have got a penalty for the hit on hymen-called it almost a knee to the groin. Watch the highlight dumbass- hymen jumped into Hague. How do you plan a knee on knee when someone jumps into you?
Even worse- the loud dummy calls Kane’s crosscheck to pietrangelo’s neck ‘ 2 min for nothing’.

Can tell he’s one of those d-bag Toronto media guys who thinks loud voice + ugly suits= respect.

Guy loves to hear himself talk. Just to stick with your hot takes on your beloved leafs buddy.

Yamamoto's embellishment of that high stick was comical. It was hard to tell if it even made contact at all (if it did, it was super light), but I loved how after Vegas scored, he started checking for blood again. Dude, you would know by that time if you were bleeding.

Do the Oilers have acting classes as part of their regular drills during practice?

Hopefully the Knights aren't feeling overly satisfied after that game as they need to keep their foot on the gas and be ready to start the next game without giving up the first goal or cheap powerplays. Not sure if the ice time is catching up to McDrai but they looked slow last night. Draisaitl especially looked gassed.

The Knights are winning the series atm and have dominated the Oilers in both wins.
It was in reference to the 5-1 final score, the same as game 2, but by the opposite team.

The same thing goes with the beloved Leafs and there are viewers cheering for the Panthers.

I was impressed by Hill. He looked better than Brossoit.

Icetime but also the physicality on the Knights looks like it's taking a toll. Physical and skilled hockey still wins in the playoffs.

Yeah I only saw highlights but those were some pitiful efforts by him. Hopefully coach isn’t too hard on him.

Game 2, Vegas initiated the "rough stuff" when they were out of it and the Oilers played along giving the Knights what they were looking for - a bit of hate, a bit of fire. Game 3, the Oilers initiate the "rough stuff" and Vegas did not bite at all. Such a stark difference and really played out well for Vegas. You can't chase emotion by doing stupid ####. Vegas showed to be a more mature team. It's actually a pretty good series watching the game within the game as they say.

I get that. But in the context of the sportscast, I took it as the Knights finally getting a leg up on the juggernaut that is the Edmonton Oilers.

I haven't really been paying attention, but has Quick been horrible or coming back from injury? I did see he was dressed after the first Vegas keeper went down.

I just watched the highlights of the Vegas goals. I love the guy with the Knights jersey and Stampeder touque dancing in front of all those dejected Oiler fans after the fourth goal. Is there anyway we could make that into a .gif?

He can be seen at 20 seconds.

Just the whining on Sportsnet. That's a penalty wah, that's a penalty that was missed wah.

Then Kane gets two for his charge and high cross check. "That's a penalty about nothing wah"

The Oilers and their fans were spiking the football, exchanging akward jumping high fives and basically declaring the series over after the Oilers beat the Kings the other night. "Raaawr we're dominate" "Roar the Oilers are too dominate" They're a little quieter now.

The Oilers have too many problems. Skinner has looked less then mediocre in the playoffs. The Oilers are getting fed 5v5, and the bottom half of their lineup has vanished.

Die Oilers, Die Leafs.
