Watch Komarov piss off either Malkin or Ovy today... also no doubt the Russian will be diving again.

Backlund led the forwards in ice time again. Only Oscar Moller, Gus Nyqvist and Timmy Erixon as recognizable names on the roster though, so not a huge feat in and of itself. His performance has been great however and should bode well for the upcoming season and give him some confidence

The refs have already almost lost control of the game two minutes in.

The russians diving like the nucks. Every single time they fall down.

The refs are instantly out of their depth once the speed and intensity goes up the tiniest bit.
Nice, dive gets the russians a goal. Familiar feeling.

Yeah it's pathetic how it's the same story every year.

I don't think I know half the roster. But most players seem to have good speed, fun to watch.

Putin is in the house. These refs know what needs to be done.
I really want the Fins to win this for Jokinen. He's never won gold in a men's tournament (only won the World Junior's). He deserves if for how many times he's answered the call for Finland over the years. I wouldn't be surprised if he's played in more World Championship's than any other NHL player ever.
