Yeah but in every other sport at the Olympics, the women would destroy me...but not this one.
It's strange watching an Olympic event that I could easily compete in and dominate.

The only way you could compete with them is if you are a legit hockey player. If you are a legit hockey player, its because you played for years. I'm sure if you competed in the bobsled for years too, you could compete with the women bobsledders.

A lot of running mascara over on the Yank side.
I like women's hockey and left work early to watch this, but wearing makeup does not help if they want more people to take it seriously.

We get it. You don't care about this tournament for the women and you think that they did not need to have it. Good for you. This was the first game of the tournament that I watched for the women because I knew it was going to be competitive unlike the others. I'm sure that the women who compete are thrilled to play in the tournament and are happy to win GOLD for their country. Change the channel if you don't care.

How exciting is it really? We had at least a 50% chance at winning gold even before the puck dropped...it's pretty much expected

Could both tournaments have the exact same top 3 finish?
Gold - Canada
Silver - US
Bronze - Finland
On the men's side the part I would not be so sure of is US over Finland. If they do win that game then I think the top 3 order will be the same.

Good for you...all I'm saying is that the only time anyone cares about this sport is during the Olympics. If they want to keep this event in the Olympics, that's fine with me, just don't pretend you care about the sport, you care about the medal
