No good lines?
How about....
Drama: "Remind him that he was molested in Sleepers! That'll throw him off."
Or Ari: "Why am I even looking at this, you're Asian, you're supposed to be good with numbers."
I thought it was a great episode, loved the Jason Patric protein shake part.

S***'s really startin to go down. It was pretty clear from the beginning that Seth Green was just messin with E and never seriously considered taking the job, you could tell something was going to boil over at the end. Also, it really looks like Ari hiring his buddy Bill Lumberg is going to blow up in his face, but he doesnt see it due to being loyal to his friend. And I can't see the Vince sitchyation turning out well either, the director's clearly chipping away at his confidence as an actor. Should lead to an interesting season finale in a couple weeks...
Oh, and Ari was priceless tonight. He plays the nice guy angle and it doesnt work, then he resorts to usual dickhead Ari Gold and gets what he wants. Love it.

Some great lines again tonight.
And Turtle is a better man than I, I would have said 'See ya!' and spent a sex filled weekend with Jamie-Lynn

After two slower than usual episodes.....last night's was awesome!!!
Ari with some great jabs at Verner.
Then this beauty about Dana Gordon:
Eric: You really think she's gonna let us replace the director??
Ari: After what I did for her, she would let us double pentrate her if I asked her.
Always knew Turtle was a loyal guy, but hell, not that loyal. Like how they finally revealed his real name to viewers. Wonder how or when or if Jamie Lynn will be back.

I was doing some "research" on Jamie Lynn and I had no idea that she was actually dating Turtle outside of the show. Makes a little more sense now, you could see the chemistry in that episode.
Sal... hahahahahaha, what a name.

I'm actually looking forward to seeing them in their old 'hood. See what things were like before the hollywood success perhaps.

Will Vince go back to NY and star in a Broadway play to get his career back on track? Now that would be pretty funny. Ari would have so many new possible gay joke targets.
I bet they get there and have to return immediately because Vince gets a job. Maybe Smokejumpers gets pimped to another studio by Ari and a battle ensues with Dana Gordon. Them getting along is just no fun.
And speaking of Dana, is it just me or is she not looking so good these days...

To me, she was never hot in the conventional way. She was hot in that you can see her being a big skank kind of way. So as of last night, she still had that dirty kind of hot thing going on. I'd hit it.

Well now that I'm finally caught up I can venture into this thread, some thoughts on this season so far.
The Good:
Ari as per usual the best character on the show, if not all of T.V.
Drama's melt down on The View was priceless.
Phil Mickelson was great, even if he only had that one line.
Great to see Solan back oh how I missed her.
Glad to see that Walsh is gone never liked him.
Other than Ari Turtle has been my favorite central character thus far. I was going to give him credit for his scenes with Jamie Lynn but now that I see they are actually dating I won't give him too much.
The Bad:
Things seem to start put don't go anywhere, the biggest example is Vince and Justine Chapman. They are supposedly dating but other than the episode were they started she hasn't been seen or mentioned once.
The whole episode were they go to Joshua Tree and do mush. Just didn't like it, didn't have a story or a flow to it.
The whole Ari given the head of the studio gig. It seems to me that the Ari we have come to know and love would never be satisfied with anything and would pounce on the opportunity at excelling at all costs. Also him hiring his long term friend when clearly he is a schmuck isn't like him either.
And wasn't Edward Norton the lead in Smoke Jumpers? I know it's hard to pull a guy like that for a episode or two but if the writers knew that Vince was going to be in the movie why did they mention his name?
Overall I haven't been very pleased with this season. It's hard some great moments but overall it hasn't been great. I'm excited to see what happens when they go back to Queens, hope it can give the show a little life.

Has there been any talk to a possible season 5, part 2 type sitchy-ation? I know that in the summer Ellis mentioned that if HBO wanted to extend this season he'd be all for it. I'm assuming no, because the season started so much later this year due to the writer's strike. I'm just not ready to say goodbye yet...

I haven't heard anything regarding an extended season 5. So I'm guessing no rumour equals no chance.
On the other hand, Entourage fans can play Viking Quest here:!

Great ending, I really didn't want a cliffhanger. But I am wondering if Turtle goes back with Vince or not.

Why wouldn't he? Doesn't his woman live in California?
Great episode. Martin Scorsese is a huge name to drop in right at the end of the episode. I already can't wait for next season. Assuming they don't extend this season, how long would we be looking at? Next September?
