Gridin and Kuznetsov will be full time Flames no later than next season.

great shift, Gridin is going to be a solid player he just needs to play big minutes on the farm this year.

I'm really liking Kuznetsov's game tonight, very steady with great vision.

whoever designed our centre ice graphic for this year is bad at their job, and, should feel bad.

Another post. Gridin scores!

I thought they were cursed after Frost missed the empty net, and Kerins hit the crossbar, then Kuznetsov hit the post.

PS: I guess the Flames themselves didn't want Derek Wills singing happy birthday(which he said he'd do if the Jets lead 5-1)

Grushnikov must be held in high regard for the Flames since he's been perfectly good tonight and it's his 1st game of the pre season.

Gah, Zary should have used Bishop better on the scoring chance.

Zary needs to pass it to the open man.

May be Conroy and Huska were hiding Grushnikov to waive and clear quietly.

Man, I just don't know how you cut Kerins after this camp. Sure, he's still a bit flawed, but for a team starved for offense, you have to keep a guy like him on the team if you're serious about trying to win games.

He doesn't have to pass through waivers this year.

I'm very pleasantly surprised by Kuznetsov.. I was on team Solo for a long time between those guys, but I sure hope we don't waive Kuznetsov now..

I think you see a real shift towards the prospects throughout this season. Pretty soon the only old veteran on defense is probably going to be Weegar.

How on earth was the last Flames goal credited to Kuznetsov? It was cleary Gridin who put it in.

And it isn’t close. I know Honzek is only 20, but I just don’t see anything there that gives any indication he will be an impactful player.
