Study the Vegas model and implement it.
That's all I ask. It was highly effective against the Oilers to boot. Not like Vegas is brimming with superstar talent as they are, either.

The reason my ass is chapped is we are the only org that has a two time AHL coach of the year with a 2 year +150 goal differential and highest goal/game rate in that time of any team and has done so with a non veteran squad. And now we will surely lose him even though we have a coaching vacancy that. We'll get see how he fares with his first NHL coaching gig from afar and just hope that he's not the top talent he looks to be.
Huska's fine but I'm disappointed we are not giving the guy with apparent potential a shot and letting more talent exit the organization.

Nah, the organization as a whole is just super uninspiring.
It's nothing against Huska. I hope he does well and finds success in what is a great career opportunity for him. It just does nothing to inspire me to buy into the future of the organization.

Defensive minded coach whos specialized in that area for this team for 5 years.
So how are we going to raise offensive output of the team this season? I hope they have a good o-zone/PP coach coming in to help with that.

Do you have any evidence that Huska is gonna be forcing the team to continue to play dump and chase? Because listening to this interview with Huska makes it sound like that isn’t gonna happen at all

I think it can work if they bring in a guy like Tanguay or Savard to run the PP and offense.
