Is this serious? If yes you have not been paying attention to recent history of the jcpoa - us sanctions, waivers, forcing Iran to exceed limits etc.

Iran said Thursday it would go to the UN to prove that a US spy drone it shot down had entered Iranian airspace, contrary to Washington's claims.

"We'll take this new aggression to #UN & show that the US is lying about international waters," Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif tweeted, after a US general said the drone was taken down some 34 kilometres (21 miles) off the Iranian coast.

"The US wages #EconomicTerrorism on Iran, has conducted covert action against us & now encroaches on our territory," he wrote.

"We don't seek war, but will zealously defend our skies, land & waters."

I don't think you fully understand the situation here:

Iran entered that deal as an agreement between all the involved countries to lift the sanctions off them. US backed out and re-imposed the sanctions and imposed new sanctions against all banking and any country that does trade with Iran. France and the remaining countries have been working to implement a work around that does not deal in dollars (called INSTEX) but it's not ready yet and Iran's currency is plummeting every day.

Thus at this moment, it is in no economic benefit to Iran to still abide by the nuclear deal.
