It's funny I think the Flames are probably one of the most boring teams to watch now a days. Most our games are 2-1 snooze fests. The most entertaining part of the games for me has been watching Smith in net.

Out-shot definitely, but we've had a handful of pretty dangerous opportunities too.

The devils broadcast is not bad. I just watch the other teams feed when Cassie is forced upon us.. Alberta teams truly have gotten the shaft when it comes to the backup colour commentators, with Cassie here and Rememda in Edm. As far as I know they are the only teams in the league whereby the backup colour commentator(Campbell) didn't play or had no experience in pro hockey(NHL) Hence when Hrudey is busy we are stuck with crap.

I'm a firm believer that the play by play needs to be a trained person. Whereby one doesn't need to have played in the NHL or pro to be a pbp guy. However the colour commentator absolutely should have played pro mens Hockey somewhere. Heck at least Remenda was an asst coach in the league. Debrusk is good however so lucky for edmonton.

Devils have the speed and the jump, but you can tell the Flames have the structure to break it up.

Gap control has been good taking away the Devil's speed. Just need to capitalize on the turnovers

quite frankly her resume brought her to the highest levels that were available to her. She is an Order of Canada winner, captained her team to the Gold Medal at the olympics - TWICE - and will be a Hall of Fame entry soon enough.

She's got the chops to do the job.
