Why? Scrivens is the only reason we haven't racked up 2 or 3, they score via a lucky bounce after Hiller lost sigh of the puck. Not been a bad effort by any stretch, we just have had trouble beating their desperation plays and we go behind to an unfortunate goal which you can't really pin on anyone, just a bit of bad luck all round.
Pretty confident that if we play another period like the one just gone, we can get on top. Score 1 on the rest of the 5 minute major and we'll be rolling. Just can't afford to go 2-0 down, crucial we get the next goal.

Looks like Monahan and Fraser(?) were chirping each other at the end of the period there. I hope Monahan scores tonight, he's gotta be fired up after this hit and the scrum with Ference last game.

Pretty lackluster period by the Flames. They've had some decent chances, but there doesn't seem to be much urgency. Really need to capitalize on this PP to get some life into them.

Good period. Scrivens was great. Fluke goal that Hiller lost sight of. Oilers down to 5 d-men the rest of the night. I'll take it.
