Hard to say. I believe the PHWA votes for the award, so the only ones advanced stats will matter to are either the ones who already believe in them (such as Mirtle) or who are willing to listen to those who do.
Gio has two big advantages over Weber this year: First, hype factor. Everyone is talking about his season, and even The Hockey News has a big story about him in this month's issue, with the headline focusing on his Norris potential.
Second, one doesn't need advanced stats to see that Gio has a hell of a lot less to work with than Weber does. Playing on such a deep team might hurt Weber's chances on the vote.

When Gio/Weber win the Norris, the other guy should get the Hart.

Tavares? No. He's had a disappointing year so far by his standards.

You could argue Rinne and Price should both be nominated for the Veniza and Hart. Rinne is 14-1-1 in his last 16 starts. Finland is just ridiculous with the goaltending.

Giordano has to be the favourite for the Norris.
-He was a top defender last season and broke the top-10 for Norris trophy voting.
-He's led defensive point scoring all year long.
-He plays top minutes.
-He was in the All-Star game.
-He's captain of his team.
-He's the team MVP.
People took some notice of him last season, this year, he should basically be the shoe-in if the season ended today.

The very same can be said for Weber for most of these points. In my opinion its going to be very close between the two

The Preds can win the Presidents trophy and it doesn't matter. I just generally prefer to say less instead of more. Post length does not necessarily equate to quality.
If the Flames make the playoffs, Giordano wins the Norris.
There... Did I take up enough board space for a pass?

That is a lot less than 1500 words.

Either Weber or Gio. If Flames make the playoffs Gio should win the Hart to.

The Hart has already been won by Carey Price.

PPG is not dissapointing by anyone's standards. He is 5 points bavk of the NHL lead 63 points so i dont see why he wouldn't be considered, especially if you have seen much of his impact on the Islanders

Goalies should not ever win the Hart, and Price has not been better enough than Rinne to be a clear cut Hart winner.
Flames make the playoffs, Gio should win the Hart trophy.

Rinne has been real good, but Carey is the best player in the league. Even Barry Trotz thinks so. He said as much in an interview yesterday

Why shouldn't goalies win the Hart? Better than the highest scoring forward on a stacked team.

Rinne could win Vezina over Price, absolutely, but the Preds are a great team with or without him.
I doubt the Habs would be in the playoffs in the East were it not for Price, nevermind leading the conference.
Saying goalies shouldn't win Hart is equals saying defencemen shouldn't either.

Bit of an aside but that Rinne and Price battle is ridiculous this year.
Rinne: 34-7-2
Price: 32-11-2
Rinne: 1.94 GAA
Price: 1.93 GAA
Rinne: .932 Save Percentage
Price: .935 Save Percentage
Both have their teams in first place in their respective conferences. In a year with no dominant forward you could really have those two as both Hart and Vezina finalists.

Yeah but he plays for Montreal.
