Whey Isolate is a good addition if you need extra protein. Getting most of your protein from food sources is a lot better though.

Costco has Kaizen protein powder, for a pretty decent price. Very high quality stuff too.

You must do squats and more squats. Three squat workouts per week, get those legs as big as you can get them, meanwhile the rest of your body will follow. Lots of back, shoulders and chest, once you get your technique really down, maybe move into kettleballs a day or two a week.

Spend three months on technique, the following three months doing everything you can to hit the 205 bench press. Once you get there, come back to this forum and let us know what you weigh.

Lots of good slayer while lifting has been proven to cause muscle growth.

How much of a difference would creatine make for hockey?

You can buy Jack3d off the shelf at a store in town. If it is in fact illegal in Canada I don't want to post the store and have it taken away.
I have tried all sorts of stuff and hands down Jack3d has taken me to new levels. I have read that a ton of students use it for the concentration factor. My only issue with it is that I go to the gym at 5ish and at 2am i am still wide awake.
Im the type of person to lose interest quickly while at the gym. After 30 minutes I feel like I can call it a day and be happy. Jack3d has me getting a full hour of weights plus cardio and wanting more. It also took me from benching reps of 185 to 205 and maxing at 225 3 times. Granted you get stronger the more you go but I have to give some credit to the supplement.

It would make a difference but your going to have to go to the gym and not just rely on the hockey as your workout.
The only con I personally have is if that is all you are taking, when you stop taking it the weight and muscle comes off pretty quick.
