^ Forgot to watch that one, so your post reminded me to tune in. Just saw the first half highlights. Should be an interesting second half at this rate!
Someone tell Liverpool that they dont always have to make it this interesting.
Am I the only one who was shocked at Kenny's team selection? In the middle of a poor run of form and you send out an unquestionably understrength side?

Wembley on his mind.
What an opportunity for Brad Jones. He's had a horrendous time with the passing of his young son so it would be awesome to see him succeed.
I am not totally clear on this either, but my understanding is that he received nothing for the stamp on Song, that was apparently seen but not called. However the nine games that the media was reporting was actually two separate potential bans added together. So he we still receive 3 games, as he gets one for his 2 yellow cards against Arsenal and 2 additional ones since this is his 3rd red card of the season.
The stamp would have added 3 games for the incident itself plus an additional 3 due to him having 3 other red cards this season, totalling 6.
Wow - huge upset by Wigan! In fairness to Wigan, when I was able to see them live in Norwich a few weeks ago, I thought that they looked better than their league position. They've had some good results lately, and if they keep this up, they might just stay up.
And QPR win as well, so the bottom of the table saw some movement today, and the title race is a lot closer again than it was this morning.
Wigan have been playing well lately, creating a ton of chances but just no finish, I hope they stay up, they play good attacking football and Martinez is a good manager (he started what Rodgers has continued at Swansea)
