Seriously though, if you just follow that simple guideline, leaving aside the few where it's close (i.e. not clear if guy was pushed in or just sort of accompanied by a defender, or contact is right on the edge of the crease), you'll be able to reliably predict the outcome of 90% of coach's challenges for goalie interference.
