Naa, it's just a habit of CBC showing or talking about stuff the viewers generally don't care much for. I remember years ago Ken Dryden pretty much said the CBC should really focus on the masses and what viewers want. I just find they like showing things to talk about their hockey knowledge as opposed to things the viewers want to see at times.
