so i had some guy in my industrial sector offer to have super villain Dr. Vu move into my town if i keep the crime rate high enough. i've already decided to make my city a gambling den, might as well add scum and villainy to the list. i think i'm going to go for a real life Gotham, where my citizens must fend for themselves. survival of the fittest!
i apologize in advance if any of your cities get nuked from my soon-to-be-built Moon Base

I have this issue, just checked and it is not in my order history, but I have Plumbob park already and the Game listed on Origin.

for the record, apparently its not a good thing to try to maximize coal and oil production and avoid police and fire departments...

Ugh, managed to build up a nice high tech city... then it went to crap. My roads are gridlock and now I can't do anything. Not sure how to fix it, have quite a bit of mass transit.

Who would have thought that people would have trouble downloading/logging into a always online game upon launch? Especially without a pre-load? Color me surprised! EA sure does a great job at making Origin look amazing!

If you go to the region view you can see all the other cities in the region. You can zoom into those cities like you do to your city and have a look around to see how they are doing.
Might be a good idea to see what your neighbours are missing so you can supply them that service and make money.

I think my only hope is going to be demolishing some residential and industrial and change it to a mixed zoning type closer to each other. No need to separate clean tech because of pollution anymore. Perhaps make it like a quarry park campus style.

As a follow up to this I had a surprise visit from a Godzilla like beast who must work for green peace as he attacked my coal mine that was right next to the residential and cured many a sick sim in a rather short time. A blessing in disguise for sure haha. So far I really like the game and even if I run out of space and max it out then It'll be fun to start another city and go from there.
