I think Huby got the instigator.
Which, fair. That’s the right call.
It’s also still justified by Huby.
This was all called correctly.

They rarely call that instigator for a fight after a big hit. Very rarely.

It's also pretty rare to get 5 mins for hit. A 3-min Flames PP is fair IMO. Hope Coronato is okay.

Surprising that they called the instigator after a hit like that. When guys drop the mitts after clean hits they rarely call the instigator.

OK, according to the NHL.com Gamecenter, Huberdeau got the extra 2 minutes for instigating, but the teams are playing 4-on-4. How does all that shake out? Is there a penalty missing on their site? They keep changing them anyways – Rantanen went from a boarding major and a fighting major and back again.
I hate NHL.com.
EDIT: Now they finally add the fighting major for Rantanen, and it makes sense.

Well that was not a hit so the rarity of getting a 5 minute pp for a hit would not be relevant to that play.
