Just popping in to say one thing:
I voted for Walker Duehr in the prospect poll for like 10-11 rounds straight. He's ranked ridiculously low. He had solid numbers at university, and he has a decent NHL frame.
I know he's older (23) but I've noticed him tonight in a good way. Seems like a legitimate prospect, even if only in a bottom 6 role. That was a nice free agent find.

I am unable to listen to the game tonight and missed Saturdays game. I have an Oiler fan friend who guaranteed me Broberg would be head and shoulders better than any prospect on the ice! I have read through both threads and don’t think I’ve heard his name mentioned and can’t handle visiting HF to hear their comments on the game so can someone give an update on how some of the Oiler prospects have looked?

I really Dig what Nikolaev is doing on the ice today.
Very simple hockey but sneaks in just enough skill to make some really good plays. That waived off goal was a great representation of that. Pass timing was perfect.

Broberg dumped it on goal from the blueline on a 1 on 2 rush and then skated to the net to ensure a faceoff in the Flames end would result.
That's about it.

I missed the first game, but it’s been hard to gauge any individual players on the Oilers in this game, because they haven’t put forth a lot of offense.

They're trying to follow the Oilers regular game plan of "Give it to Connor", but it's not working for some reason tonight.
