IDK, Calgary is 3500 feet or so

They will finish 26th with a loss and a Rags win.
Lottery difference there is 6.5 vs 7.5% to get #1 overall. Would've been 6% if they finished ahead of the Ducks...so not a huge jump in odds.

Calgary is the second highest NHL city @ 3,500 feet. Elevation won't be a factor for either team.

I hope you guys are right, but, OT in the playoffs can be draining, made worse by those 2000 ft of altitude.

3at 2 in the shootout

Wow, what a finish with the Rangers tying it in the dying seconds. The Rangers played well and almost spoiIed it for Columbus. I liked how the Habs mascot was dressed in a Rangers jersey prior to the game. Bobrovsky was sharp and made some terrific saves especially the 2 on 1 save. David Savard assisted on both of the BJs goals. Way to go Columbus.

The Stars simply didn't care. The Bhawks blew the game wide oped in the 2nd period scoring 3 goals. Kane had 2 goals and the Stars may well fall into 8th place.

Quite a few factors going against the Avs leaping them.
I don't know about that. The Wild are always pumped to play the Stars at home or away and will have no problem trying to embarrass the Stars. There is quite the rivalry there as the fans in Minnesota hate their former team. The Wild ruined the Stars playoff chances on the last game of the 10-11 season. Should be a good game to watch.

Nashville can also reach 100 with a win. They sit at 98

Is the white the edge of the line, or is it ice chips obscuring the actual edge? Is it a slight distortion in the video that will often produce a slight “halo” around the moving puck?

Like I said, the photo is not clear enough to know. It might be over the line but that is not certain based on what I see here.

@Textcritic...the way Dallas was playing, I don't think they cared whether it was all the way in or not...once they gave up 3 goals, their goalie's shot at the Jennings was gone. It was an awful effort by the whole team.
