Markstrom made the saves that period when needed. Give him that. Especially off of Gaudreau - that was all reaction.

Tanev is showing what a good defenseman he is by playing positional hockey. He can't engage physically, not doing much checking, but always in the right place.

He looked so unlike himself on the EDM PP goal. Guy wide open in front of the net and he didn't even try to hit him. Essentially watched the guy whack at it a few times before scoring.
Something is definitely off with him but he is a total bad ass warrior for playing through.
