More likely, the suits got involved. Actilizzard suddenly saw thousands upon thousands of paying customers absolutely flame them for this decision. Pissing off the people who pay the monthly fee for WoW and who would buy SC2 can only have one effect: lower sales, and lower revenues.

If they do listen to their users, how come they haven't added the chat channels to the new battle.net. I have no idea what made them think not having a chat channel would be a good idea.
