On the weekend, my gf and I made a Jollibee style lasagna. Jollibee's a really popular Filipino fast food restaurant that makes this awesome spaghetti. It's almost like a typical meat sauce, except you throw in some evaporated milk and about a half a bottle of banana sauce. We decided to try to make lasagna out of the sauce, and it was pretty damn awesome!
Tonight I'm probably having rice noodles with cha siu pork and siu yuk! Woo hoo!
