Just watched the Machinist a couple weekends ago... he's great in it for sure.

Still think his best role is in The Prestige...such an underrated movie.

The Prestige was far superior to The Illusionist and I usually really like Ed Norton. Also the book The Prestige, on which the movie is obviously based, was absolutely terrible. Very rare I read a book before I see the movie and the movie is umpteen times better than the book.

It probably didn't help that the last movie I saw before this was Star Trek, but Terminator was a flaming pile of below average, I thought. Very definitely a second rate sci-fi flick. Did like the Arnie impersonator though. At least they tried to give a brief nod to the original trilogy.

His best role is in American Psycho.

I wish he would go back to those roles. You see the makings of an actor with a huge range to play anything. Instead, he has made himself into a serious action/dramatic actor who has the same damn act and same damn voice and mannerisms in every part he plays now.

That's a good one, a really good one, and man is it quotable, but I think it has to go to The Prestige.

Ah, man. I had really high expectations. Then I saw the Rotten Tomatoes rating and tried to adjust my expectations accordingly. Unfortunately, I couldn't quite get them low enough.

This movie is terrible. Why, oh why, did they have to call it "Terminator" ? Why not just "Evil Robots vs Humans"? At least then I could enjoy it for a brainless action movie. The TV series has turned this franchise into something I'm actually interested in, and they give us this poorly developed heap of crap. Ugh. Disappointing.

I finally saw the movie last night. My expectations had been lowered enough for me to enjoy the movie. I never took the time to get into TSCC so I wasn't as let down as say seeing "Deadpool" in Wolverine. The homages to the originals were a little cheesy (but I enjoy a good cheese). But than again I guess they could have been considered that way in Star Trek as well, but I ate it up.

I saw Terminator a few days ago. Great action flick and the Aussie guy was cool. I had a couple problems with the movie but overall enjoyed it.

*semi spoilter*

-I didnt like how Bale always screamed or used batman voice
-Skynet was pitiful as a foe. their big base had like 2 humanoid terminators as their entire defense. Its a super computer, the whole building should be a uniform defense system, like radar/sonar with precise shooters attached.
-Couple holes in the plot too, large ones.
