When I went to Bolero back in December it was amazing. Everything on the BBQ list was available through out the evening.
It got to the point (near the end) that we would request which meat we wanted and the Gauchos would come back a couple minutes later with that exact BBQ.
Pricey, Yes.
Delicious, Yes.
Bring a vegetarian, Hell No.
