Brad being on the bench gives me vibes of him enjoying his last game
Salim is a bit of a dip####. For what it's worth, I see most of Flames practices in Calgary and Brad is always at ice level at some point. He routinely engages with players. It's the end of the season and things are a bit lighter now that they're eliminated. I wouldn't read too much into him talking with players and shooting the ####.

Happy for those guys, and not to over shadow the enjoyment. But I worry what this does for Zary's confidence. Reduced minutes in the AHL, passed up for a guy drafted the year after you..
But I guess that is a problem for another day.
Go Wolf! I can already see my 2 year old howling when I tell her who is in net. She loves to 'speak to the wolves' that she hears across the field behind our house (I don't have the heart to tell her they are coyotes nor would she understand the difference anyway )

The Wranglers have an important set of games coming up, which will determine playoff seeding (and a first round bye). That is why you don't see a raft of callups.
The Quest stands upon the edge of a knife. Stray but a little, and it will fail, to the ruin of all. Yet hope remains while the Company is true. Go Flames Go!
I hope it's his last game here but I'll be pulling for him to land a job elsewhere next year. The Flames need to get younger and faster. Lewis can be a solid 12/13 option for a top tier team next year.
Lotsa people don't like Lewis, but I do...in the right role: 4th line and PK. It's hard to ask for more from a guy like that and he fills those roles admirably.

I hope Wolf fares better than in his first AHL game where he was pulled after allowing goals on 5 of 11 shots. Of course he was great in subsequent games.
