The ref was slow to blow it down, but the puck was covered and the play was dead. These calls happen all the time. The replay clearly shows that Saros had the puck covered for a while before Dubois poked it through.

Outright win in regulation is priority I suppose, I'd get nervous if Nashville ties it up in the 3rd.

We're generally pretty good here at recognizing when a frozen puck is poked in illegally.
Bias makes sense when it's actually something borderline.

Well that should be the game. Preds non existent after the first period. Blackhawks loom large now.

No, Winnipeg losing is a priority. Jets winning this game is very bad for the Flames

What was the point of that push by Nashville then? Just to pee it all away tonight?
For shame.
Well I'm confident in Colorado beating the jerts. But we'll need one of the other two opponents to do so also. Maybe the sharks play hero again?!

Watch the Preds have their game of the year against Calgary.

I don't want to be too hard on the Preds. It's impressive they are still in the playoff hunt given their situation, bust most of this game has looked like men playing boys. The Preds just completely dominated.

Whether it is the Hawks or the Ducks or potentially the Preds, the Flames often help teams have their games of the year.

The Jets have played absolutely fantastic hockey after a completely deflating loss. Huge kudos to them

Preds are held together with duct tape. Josi, Forsberg, Duchene and Johansen injured, Granlund, Neiderreiter and Ekholm traded away. That is 6 of their top 8 scorers plus their #1 D.
The only reason they are close is blood and guts.
