Yeah it did otherwise I had no idea.

Never drafted, I played in the NHL for parts of 10 seasons. I won a Stanley Cup, and was traded for a guy who started his NHL career in Alberta and ended it in Alberta on a different team.

I am still working on it!

This is a very good question. I guess the key is to find out the guy that started his NHL career in Alberta and ended it in Alberta on a different team.

Smith and Fuhr are the ones that came to mind for me. However none of the guys that they were traded for meet the criteria. Kent Nilsson started his career in Atlanta, so he doenst count.

I will keep working on it. Good question though.

I've got another one I've been dying to try. Sorry, it isn't Flames related, but the guy played hockey just like the Flames do/did so there is your relation.

I played parts of 9 seasons in the NHL. I even scored more than 40 goals in one campaign. Alas, that is all I ever did as I never got more than 10 in any other year. I am American and played for my home team. Who am I?
