Well, NHL 19 seems to think it's the former and not the latter.

I thought it was a pretty outlandish prediction to start the series. But outside of Bobrovsky getting lit up in the opening period, it's been suspiciously on point so far.

BJS won the first two games in Washington last playoffs in the first round. They lost the series and Caps won the Cup.

CBJ seems to have picked up on something on the how the Lightning play defense. They repeatedly are getting semi breaks on the breakout.

I just can’t see it happening two years in a row. And the Jackets’s early success last year had a lot to do with sub-par play by Philipp Grubauer, which was corrected by Brayden Holtby. Tampa’s second goalie is Louie Domingue.
