I’m off to bed now.
I hope I don’t wake up to a nightmare.

The thing people have to remember about tonight versus 2016 is there's no Hillary. That alone might make a staggering difference, voting for Trump was more justifiable to some in 2016 because Hillary was the alternative. I think those suburban voters who put him over the top totally flip tonight since they already got their tax cut, the only thing they cared about.

Results just starting to come in. Any other good sites people are using to track the results as they come?

Nancy Pelosi is the new Hillary though. Honestly, I think the Tea Party/Trumper turnout numbers have peaked and there are a lot of subsets of left leaning people that are mobilizing and energized this time around (especially women). I've heard of women hear all talking politics and getting each other out to vote at bunko night and other get-togethers that was not happening a few years ago.

Yeah I sure hope women step up, surely they recognize further emboldening someone like Trump will ultimately see men start treating women like he does.

Some kind of gambling game that women get together and play in the south. I'm not exactly sure what it is exactly or why only women play it! I think I spelled it wrong... Bunco.

Renegotiate Nafta - done
Push free trade towards fair trade - done
Rejuvenate the economy - done
Cut red tape - done
Cut taxes - done
Iran sanctions - done
Destroyed Elizabeth Warren's credibility - done
Made supreme court conservative - done

Added: Take down Obama Care - Started - democrats are being obstructionist
Added: Put America first by stopping immigration until system is fixed - started.
I mean really - the only reason not to vote for trump is if you're sick of losing.

You may not agree with this, but there is a substantial portion of the population that believes this. The only question is whether or not this portion of the population represents approx. 50% of the voting population...

What channel are people watching (if any)?
CNN has a lot of info, but the 'Key Race Alert' and stuff like that is a little much. I don't need the TMZ-feel tonight, just need the info. Which is too bad because I like John King and his analysis.

Blogs and livecasts own broadcast, but if I was still doing that PBS is best.

Online use politicalwire. Great site and aggregates data well. If they don’t have it they’ll have a link to it.
