Oiler media have gone on about surefire nhl careers of their prospects based on preseason games. Awarding monikers like Vladdy Hockey based on a penticton tournament. This is when the hype train is at full throttle.
The only time it's "just a preseason game" for them is when they get their asses handed to them.

Wow. As much as I like seeing those cross ice passes through the slot on the PP there's no way a NHL team let's them get that many across with getting a stick or body in the way. God the Oilers are terrible
