Says Valimaki is very close (obvious emphasis in Conroy's voice), despite it being the hardest position as a rookie to step into. Raves about his size and hockey sense, but also talks about not rushing players. Says he'll be a longtime NHLer, but it's up to him.

I usually shoot photos at camp and will do so again tomorrow. I have recently expanded into working on some video content for Beer League Talk. Since I'll only have my photo camera tomorrow I was planning on shooting some video stuff with my main camera throughout the weekend but I also have these GoPros just laying around begging to be used.
I thought I might just suction them on the outside of the glass and let them roll during the camp (assuming I don't get asked to take them down). I don't know how much time I want to spend on video editing simply for fun so I thought I'd ask, would this type of video would be of interest to anyone here?
This conclusion is also what i came away with from camp. It will be interesting to see if Anderrson can outplay Valimaki this camp.
Dube is my dark horse to make the Flames this year. I've said this before but I think he has the potential to be our Brayden Point.
The Flames veterans thought Dube should have made the team too. I remember a comment from Gaudreau saying something like he was surprised Dube got cut.
I think Dube could play in the NHL, but i'd rather he go to the AHL and continue to develop his offensive skills. Work on his shooting, get stronger. There's really no need to rush him with all the depth on the roster. And it won't hurt him at all to marinate a bit, in fact, it will probably be better for him long term.
