They look like they have been playing on the 50% game speed setting for 2 rounds and then had it cranked to full on them.

TBL PK is incredibly passive. It seems they want to protect the middle. However, they allow all the time and space. Creative players will just open up holes for quick shots this way.
Carlson could just stand there and settle the puck because there's no pressure. Caps are playing free and easy on their PP.
