Another completely undeserved lead for an opponent.

Smith is sharper when he sees more rubber. They needed to cash in on those PPs. What has Cameron been doing with them since last game? Honestly.

And that's hockey for you, Wild are not a good team. They are opportunistic. Smith has not been good when he's not busy. Weird

Well, for one thing, they have been trying different players. The first unit looked pretty good IMO, especially on the second PP.

PP still can't generate any dangerous chances. Guess the team doesn't want to score any goals on them for the rest of the season.

Well. Not much to say. Wild will now choke the life out of this game. Keep going Flames!

I am irritated, but not overly worried.

The Wild have been on a "oh my god we coughed up the lead AGAIN" tear lately.

Don't fold flames, you're killing this team. Stay the course and they should win. Dubnyk playing well, hopefully this isn't another Toronto game.

Sure would be nice if we could stop over passing on the power play. Our refusal to shoot and God for an ugly goal after is super frustrating. Just out a big shot on the pp and simplify the damn thing.

Feels like the plan on our pp is to show how smart our coaches are with stupid player assignments...because any loser coach can just bomb shots from the Blueline and go for a screen or rebound.

It is unfortunate our sticks keep breaking though... but the finish is eluding us it's so frustrating! Get it back squash this momentum. Just keep up the pressure and above all hit the net.

Aside from the fact that we couldn't score if our lives depended on it, that was an excellent period by the Flames. Unfortunate to be down after such a dominant 20 min. Keep playing with that kind of intensity, and hopefully they'll find the back of the net eventually.

I know he's been good, and I'm not a goalie, but does Smith seem to fall forward an awful lot? I remember thinking Hiller butterfly'd way too much, and it seems like Smith goes for a swim when he really doesn't need to.

Well, that was a great period for the most. Dominant for pretty much the entire 20 minutes.

The late goal sucks but they need to just keep it going. They play like they are they should win.

And maybe on the PP just start shooting it on net with traffic and hope for the best. The re-directs and passing plays look great if they work but right now they just need any kind of goal to go in....don't really care how ugly it is.

Flames were pretty great that period. They had shots that just fell away from guys in the front of the net, Dubnyk made some saves and were unlucky with a bounce that landed well for Cullen.

The PP was a little better but still looking for seam passes when they could shoot for rebounds instead or just snipe.

In balance that was a great road period. Please keep this up!
