Flimsy penalty on Wideman. He went one hand but didn't really grab anything, just got his arm in the way and then removed it.

That gets called holding yet usually defensemen pretty much have free reign to obstruct and interfere.

Can not wait until Wideman is off this team. Such a crap hockey player. Switches with Brodie for no apparent reason just so he can take a holding penalty and then still gets beat wide. So sucky.

Actually, often that's the case in the first 20 minutes of a second btb game. Not unheard of whatsoever.

Later in the game is where things slow down. So I think teams often make their game plans around working hard early and striking first.
