Kopitar and Doughty are his 2 horses.... I can't see it being either of those 2 guys.

I was sure it was Toffoli, guess not though...

Jeff Carter is my guess.

Doesn't seem like the guy that would like Sutter's style, and can't be happy with how his BF Richards was thrown to the curb.

Plus his ice time was about 2 minutes lower per game at the end of the year, compared to earlier in the season.

Heard a piece with Craig Conroy the other day saying something to the effect that it was the coach's job to be hard on players and point out their mistakes. It was his (Conny's) job to help the players to ease up from that on themselves and not beat themselves up over mistakes.

Hartley, by all evidence, however hard he may be on his players, also puts them right back out again to go and be better. It's a bit like learning to ride a bike - you fall off - you get right back on and ride again.

If the blame falls on Sutter and they fire him, the Kings will get what they deserve, a potential fall from grace. They have some excellent pieces for sure, but they have some difficult contracts to move, and an aging core.

They will be in the mix for the playoffs, but could find themselves in the no-man's land the Flames were in for years. Good for 8-11th in the conference and moving picks for veterans in an effort to keep relevant. (or at least I can dream that will happen).

O.K. there has been a lot of talk on whether or not MacTavish has actually done a good job for us, most fans on this board are very basic in their analysis and I feel would change their opinion entirely if the team was successful.
